The service I am offering is confidential and non-judgemental within in a safe and secure environment. Sessions can be in-person or online, depending on preference and availability.
Counselling offers you the opportunity to talk through your feelings and explore your options about problems you are currently experiencing. I work with you to support you to find solutions and make the right choices. Typically, counselling works over a shorter period of time such as 6 to 8 weekly sessions.
Psychotherapy is usually longer term and provides an in-depth exploration into deep seated issues from your past that have affected your life today. We work together to understand your sense of self and repeated patterns of feeling, thinking and behaviour. My aim is to help you to challenge self-limiting beliefs and behaviours, and move towards positive change to improve your life.
Consultations I welcome enquiries for any of issues mentioned above and each session is 50 minutes long. There is no limit to how many sessions you can have. After an initial assessment and depending on the presenting issue, we agree a therapeutic contract in which we may decide upon a limited number of sessions, or longer term and open-ended work.
